Las Vegas - How To Get Around

How do you get around in Vegas? Basically, you walk. Get a hotel on the strip (if you think you can handle the action) or anywhere nearby Las Vegas Boulevard. Many of the casinos are connected with convenient walkways so taking a stroll down the strip, day or night, is always fun. Recently, a light rail has been introduced that connects some of the major hotels and resorts, as well. Take in the hundreds of themed resorts, casinos, restaurants, shopping, amusement rides, and bars. If the strip isn’t your thing, take a tour of some of the older hotels in Downtown Las Vegas for a more historical day of adventure.

For those of you who can’t keep up with the crowds and can afford a better ride, rent a car or limo. Las Vegas is known for high rollers riding in style with stretch hummers and company cars. Taxis are much easier to find around the strip, as well. So if you just can’t walk any longer, hail a cab!
