I've got nothing against green beer. Wait, who am I kidding? I hate green beer. I hate beer in general. After tending bar for over 7 years, I guess you could say I've grown a little picky when it comes to booze. Ok, I'm a drink snob. I hate being the foo-foo girl but honestly, I hate politely sucking down a shitty cocktail more. So, for my fellow brats out there, when faced with the typical St. Paddy's Day drink dilemma of plain or green, here are some more creative ordering options. I've limited it to the shot category ‘cuz snob or not, we all know that St. Paddy's is not about staying sober.
Ode to: The Car Bomb
Think dangerous chocolate milk that you get to drink really, really fast. Awesome.
This is my favorite bomb shot, possibly even my favorite shot. Rich, smooth, classic.
1/2 shot Irish whiskey
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 pint glass Guiness
Drop shot of whisky/cream into Guiness and SLAM IT!

Irish Gold- Bailey's, Goldschlagger: equal parts

Fuzzy Irishman- Raspberry liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, Bailey's: layer in order
