Kat is a freelance writer living near Downtown, L.A. She was born into an eccentric family that loved travel as much as food. Her life has been a lot like Pippi Longstocking's- one wild, hair raising escapade after another. From a young age she wandered the planet in search of gastronomic adventure, and ultimately landed in Paris, France, as a personal chef to one of the city's most prestigious families. She is currently Executive Chef and GM at Chez Kat, where she cooks for her four guys and a host of beautiful friends. A graduate of UCSD in Lit/ Writing, she is working on publishing a collection of short stories.

Trent Hensley - Writes for Music
In Sunvalley, California, sometime in the seventies, my parents decided to make me. Then, they uprooted me to Fresno, where I spent the next twenty years trying to figure out what to do with myself. I graduated from Fresno State University with a B.A in English. Not long after, I married my beautiful wife. I taught for two years, but realized it's not my calling. So, I moved to Los Angeles, and have been writing habitually ever since. I have a screenplay completed, a book of poetry, and a novel that's still in process. If you ask me, it's all terrific stuff! ;-)

Erin Landsberg - Writes for Dining
Erin is born and raised in West LA and still resides right near the beach. She has spent her teens & early 20's traveling the globe, studying Theatre & Music at LMU & the Howard Fine Studio, and then switching to the Culinary Arts where she received an Arts Degree from the Culinary Art Institute of Los Angeles. She now works in the wine industry at The Wine House of Los Angeles as a consultant & sales rep. She recently became a certified Sommelier, and she hopes to one day open her own wine bar/restaurant & continue writing.
