Product Review: Victoria's Secret Bare Bronze

Now that summer has officially arrived, its all about donning tanks and strapless dresses to keep us cooled off while taking in some sun. I'm a fair skinned lass who is always looking for products to provide a light, golden glow without having to spend hours on the roof-top deck laying out. Victoria's Secret has a brand new collection of Bare Bronze products that offer a sun-kissed look with self tanning and bronzing effects.
Resident Victoria's Secret makeup artist Linda Hay uses Bare Bronze before runway shows and photo shoots to get Heidi Klum and Miranda Kerr camera ready. If there's a chance that my skin can gleam like Heidi's without the worry of sunburn, then I am ready to get glowing!
PRODUCT TEST TIME
After applying the Bare Bronze Daily Glow Moisturizer to my arms and legs over the past week, not only are they softer but I've gradually seen a little tanning action going on. This product contains aloe butter that keeps my skin smooth as well as a hint of self-tanner which is very subtle. PS, the scent is lovely too with hints of citrus and coconut that isn't too overwhelming. It's as if I just spent time on a Tahitian holiday.
Also, for an immediate dewy shine, the Bare Bronze Shimmering Body Oil is amazing! It looks like liquid gold and gives the skin a natural, golden sheen without feeling greasy. I applied it to my shoulders and got complimented on how good my skin looked all evening. I think this bottle is going to come along with me everywhere.
Not only am I ready for summer, but I'm also ready for the runway! Heidi Klum, eat your heart out!
