Pandora’s Box: Chaco Flip Flops
By Marisa Lynch FOR LA2DAY.COM 06 Aug 2008

Are you sick of little blisters on your feet where the straps from your rubber flip flops rub? Do your feet hurt more after wearing your favorite flip flops? Do you think that flip flops that will support your feet will look un-chic? If you answered yes to any of these questions then it's time to check out Chaco.
Chaco flip flops are the only APMA (American Podiatric Medical Association) approved women's flips on the market, meaning they have been deemed A-OK in the eyes of podiatrists across the map. They have a BioCentric footbed which promotes control of the foot and supports the arch as well. Plus, the varied color palette and five different styles allow them to fit in and match your summer wardrobe. Time to walk it out and see how they really feel.

PRODUCT TEST TIME
My trusty Havaianas have put in overtime this summer, taking me up to the Hollywood Bowl and looking for deals at the Rose Bowl Flea Market. It's time to give them a break.
As soon as I put on the Chaco ‘Eclipse' flip flops, my feet instantly felt cushioned and comfy! My heels sank into them like they were made for each other as I began my day. Wearing my usual flips, the balls of my feet and my heels begin to throb about two hours in - not an ideal situation. These new flips, however, are amazing - the arch support is quite remarkable and I didn't suffer from blisters afterwards. Since flip flops are my Los Angeles staple, I'm going to order these Chaco models in all five styles.
Your feet will flip!
