Novoa NYC collection by Phillip Novoa is moody in stature but delightful in emotion

Phillip Novoa debuted his imitable collection in the Spring of two-thousand and nine with 6 looks named Alina, Catherine, Elaine, Marsha, Maria, and Natalia. Constructed with the thoughtful inheritance and grace of contemporary Russia. Each design resembles a woman of great ethereal presence and soul.  Novoa NYC collection is moody in stature but delightful in emotion.

Phillip is an advocate of the theory that designing dresses for women is simply a medium to express a story of life experiences. Being influenced not by fellow designers but rather by the experiences of his immediate world, his collection is produced from the simplicity of a single moment in life.

"I want the driving force behind what I do to be a mixture of the people I know and places I have experienced in a meaningful way. I hope my brand shows a more natural take on fashion"  -Phillip Novoa
