Los Angeles, the city of face lifts, is about to experience a new and improved Eat Well Café. For years, patrons have enjoyed the Eat Well Brand, now they are going to enjoy it in a more sleek and sophisticated setting at Eat Well Beverly. Eat Well Beverly will deliver the same delicious food patrons have become accustomed to. Unlike many restaurants in Los Angeles, Eat Well Coffee Shop serves food and not attitude. Alfredo Diaz, owner of the Eat Well Brand believes that simple food doesn’t have to be served in a simple setting . He believes that Eat Well is a place people can enjoy several times a week due to its varied menu and low prices . Serving breakfast and lunch, Eat Well Beverly caters to the typical Angeleno who rolls out of bed and ready for breakfast at 2 PM. The menu consists of all the traditional items found in Coffee Shops from the 1930’s. From griddle cakes, biscuits & gravy and a strong cup of joe to burgers, melts and milk shakes the menu has something for everyone, including a large selection of health conscience and vegetarian items. On weekdays, Eat Well, has its traditional ‘blue plate’ specials featuring items such as homemade meatloaf to a Thanksgiving turkey plate with all of the fixins. For the customers who are health conscience, Eat Well Beverly offers made to order juices from organic fruits and vegetables (Beet and Apple being the most popular). Every Sunday, Eat Well Beverly also has an in house DJ mixing up a variety of music for the patrons who didn’t get enough of it the night before. Eat Well Beverly’s decor, takes a departure from the basic interiors of the existing locations in favor of a modern stylized theme that Diaz hopes to recreate at the other locations in the future. “This location is in the middle of several high end clothing retailers, salons and furniture stores, explains Diaz, we want to create an environment that would appeal to the fashionistas who live, work and shop on Beverly Blvd, yet remain familiar to our loyal customers who have supported us over the years.” Overseeing the remodel is Michael Lin of ML Interior Designs. Eat Well Beverly is located at: 7385 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (323-938-1300) http://www.eatwellcoffeeshop.com/
