1. TACO TRUCKS: A MOVEABLE FIESTA!
Mexican food at its finest. They're all over the city, they're open almost 24 hours a day and they tend to be right outside the bar as you leave. Simple, usually just tacos, tortas, burritos and glass bottles of Coke, yet almost always satisfyingly delicious. Although disparaged by some city officials, taco trucks aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Unless you count driving down the street to the next bar.
