WHAT THE HECK: West Hollywood 11th Annual Art & Design Walk. That fancy mile stretch of Melrose, Robertson, and Beverly Blvd’s. This Saturday, May 31 from 4-8 p.m. Go thirsty and in need of snacks. Free wine, champagne, goodies, prizes, consultations. Highlights below.
But first! GAH-ROOVE ON THIS. NOW! I SAID NOW!
The above clip is Lucent Dossier Vaudeville Cirque. And Mr. Dossier will be at GLASS GARAGE FINE ART GALLERY, 606 North Almont Drive, for a performance and an artist’s gallery reception of six Surrealist artists inspired by his art troupe.
CUPCAKES AND OGLING
COCO DE MER, 8618 Melrose Avenue, will serve champagne and cupcakes. On display will be a showcase of erotic photography by Alexandra Gibson. (That's her 3 leathered beauties above in the header).
GET SOME ELBOWS ADDED TO YOUR EYELASHES!
Saddle up to the Eyelash Bar, yes, I said Eyelash Bar, and get an eyelash extension. And/or, take in the featured body painting exhibit.
WIN A GOSH DARN BIDET!
Get squeaky clean from here to yonder. Enter to win this TOTO WASHLET ($1,300 buckaroos retail) at TOTO GALLERY, 606 North Almont Drive.

SIT ON MR. IMPOSSIBLE! (NOT THE BIDET! THE HARD CANDY COLOR CHAIRS BELOW...)
At KARTELL LOS ANGELES, 313 North Robertson Blvd., have a seat on MR. IMPOSSIBLE, a “revolutionary new chair” by the big name-o in design Philippe Starck. And yes, you will lounge in brightly-hued chairs designed to match your cocktails.

ZEN YOUR ABS!
JULIET KASKA’S EMERSON HALL FITNESS, 8816 Melrose Ave., invites you to tour their lovely Zen fitness studio (designed to calm the mind and stimulate the body) while sloshing down wine with your harmoniously sculpted biceps and gazing upon the finely rendered charcoals of artist Dan Pyle. Below, his 'The Accuser'. Charcoal, 21" x 41". Would that I be accused of something, anything, with abs-amondo like these.

FANCILY-MADE VESSELS!
ROBERT KUO, 8686 Melrose Ave., is featuring objets de vase called Peking glass. Here’s how it’s made: "A hollow glass is formed from layers upon layers of glass by either free-blowing or mold-blowing and then sent it to the jade carvers for shaping and polishing." Classic, functional, yet hint of bulbous fun, and very shiny.
FREE RAG!
SECOND TIME AROUND WATCH COMPANY, 8840 Beverly Boulevard, will be kickin’ it up old school (does anyone still wear a watch?) At any rate, they will be "happy to examine your watch and provide a free verbal appraisal.” Not only that, you will receive a “special watch polishing cloth” though it’s best if you grab grampa’s pocket watch and get there first: supplies are limited.
