What are you doing Saturday night from 7- 10pm? I’ll tell you what you’re doing because I care about you, no really I do. It is rare, nay entirely never before seen, that the infamous CalArts will host their MFA exhibition in a public space, the vibrant thriving heart of Chinatown.

Since 1970 CalArts has built up the artist scene on the West Coast and now more than ever Los Angeles specifically has become one of the 21^st century hotspots for art and culture. There dedication to experimental and innovated work has guaranteed this show to be a stellar display of some of the most talented fresh-on-the-scene artists. 

Be sure to check out Beta Level as they will be hosting their 3^rd annual Swap Meet from 10pm onward, which consists of bringing and sharing your favorite music files while drinking beer and—yes indeed—singing karaoke to all your favorite songs. Bring drinks or some donation dollars, also check out their website for more info.
